 We are wrapping up our Monarch study.  Study spent some time sharing their folders with classmates to get ready to share all they learned with you at home. Please check backpacks for our Monarch Magic Folders and ask your child to share with you.

 We had a fabulous week! Our monarchs emerged from their chrysalises.  We also wrapped up our study of A Color of His Own with some lovely watercolor chameleons. In Science lab we were able to observe butterfly wings under microscopes. 

October Happenings!

It is hard to believe it's October already.  We have 5 monarch chrysalises which should emerge very soon. We exploring A Color of his Own by Leo Leoni, including using the Padlet App to retell the story with partners.  Friday we had our first Science Lab with Ms. Brill in the gardens around WES.  There are lots of events coming up. Both the Book Fair and Words are Wonderful are coming up this month.  More info to follow.
